PHP Programmer Needed!

I am looking for someone to make an application for http://www.xmwallpapers.com. I need a way to display the images dynamically. The image paths would be stored in a database and all the files would be kept in manages folder. The image path would need to be hidden to prevent people from leeching and downloading all the images from the site. Primary means of payment come from revenue that will be incorporated with this dynamic system.

would love to but i hardly remember any PHP at all, its been to long, i helped program in php for a friends web based game a few years back but its been a while, and i just dont have the time to relearn it.
